Dear Beautiful!
I hope you are doing great. Maybe you are enjoying the beautiful season with a loved one or sitting at a lovely café with view to all the flower blossoms!
Japanese girls/women love the two colors beige and pink. When you e.g enter a train, and sitting and watching all the beautiful ladies, the basic colors in their outfits are beige and pink. It looks very lovely and classic. Also their nails are often painted in soft pale pink and beige colors and sometimes with small motives.
In Japan, the color pink symbolizes good health and life. Pink in Japan is also strongly associated with cherry blossom and spring, and this has some masculine associations as the cherry blossoms (sakura) are said to represent the young Samurai who fell in the battle in the prime of their life. Pink also represents pure love, childish innocence, purity (for example, a girl who is virgin in body and heart) and cuteness. The color pink in the Japanese language is ピンク(pinku). It is a relative new word for Japanese. Before it was called momo-iro (peach-color).
A popularly blogger for the Japanese fashion magazine, 25 ans, is Aki Weng. If you check her Instagram, @akinyc you will see that her basic color is pink!! Another interesting Japanese blogger, and cloth designer is @akiki_2015 (below pictures are from her blog).
Stay Lovely,
