Dear Beautiful Soul,
If you could design your daily morning life, how would it look like?
Would it be breakfast in the bed, go for a run in the morning, pick up eggs in your farmyard?
After a long period of my life where I spent lots of time by myself and the weekends with my husband, I realized what my body and soul really LOVE:
- My body simply loves going to bed early, and wake up early in the morning, around 5-6 am.
- Light a candle in the morning, and enjoying a delicious breakfast.
- Reading the news on my iPhone, quotes, and affirmations.
- After breakfast, I set my intention for the day. I truly following my intuition, and hearts desire.
- Sometimes, I love going back to my bed, after breakfast (where my husband still is lying, if it is the weekend:o)). It feels the most nourishing thing for my body.
