Loving the Rhythm of My Soul

Dear Beautiful Soul,

If you could design your daily morning life, how would it look like?

Would it be breakfast in the bed, go for a run in the morning, pick up eggs in your farmyard?

After a long period of my life where I spent lots of time by myself and the weekends with my husband, I realized what my body and soul really LOVE:

  • My body simply loves going to bed early, and wake up early in the morning, around 5-6 am.
  • Light a candle in the morning, and enjoying a delicious breakfast.
  • Reading the news on my iPhone, quotes, and affirmations.
  • After breakfast, I set my intention for the day. I truly following my intuition, and hearts desire.
  • Sometimes, I love going back to my bed, after breakfast (where my husband still is lying, if it is the weekend:o)). It feels the most nourishing thing for my body.
