Oh, the other day, I made this lovely and soft Gingerbread Bundt Cake created by Linda Lomelino. The smell of the cake reminded me of Christmas. Inside it is filled with lovely spices, like cinnamon, ginger, cardamom.
I only made half portion, as we only are two people in the household. And it was big enough! I added a little less sugar, and used brown sugar. Also I didn’t have cane sugar, so I made it myself by heating up a mixture of brown sugar and water (in the ratio of 1 1/4 cup of sugar to 1/3 cup of water).
