What is Sashiko?
Sashiko is a traditional Japanese hand sewing technique that uses running stitches to create beautiful patterns.
The Sashiko technique was originally used in Japan to reinforce clothes and recycle the used clothes into household objects.

Colors & designs
The traditionally colours in Sashiko were white stitches on indigo fabric.
And the traditionally Sashiko patterns were usually inspired from nature such as leaves, flowers and clouds.
